increment/decrement numbers

^a - increment
^x - decrement

I knew there was a way to increment/decrement numbers in normal mode for VIM. I spent about 5 minutes trying to find the keystrokes that would do this. I tried to use :help increment, but there was no help available inside VIM. Hence, I've added an entry here so I can easily find it again.
